Cold and Sinus Support Blend: Green Tea, Eucalyptus Leaves, Peppermint, Blueberries, Currants, Elderberry, Hawthorn, Rosehip, Hibiscus Bright Eucalyptus blended with clean Peppermint start this powerhouse out by encouraging deep breathing, clearing the way for cold and sinus relief. We added super fruits, florals and green tea for an antioxidant boost, with a low caffeine level. This blend is excellent hot or iced (double the tea for iced). It makes a lovely sinus steam by simply breathing the vapors in through your nose while the tea is steeping. Available in: ☕️Taster - 0.5 oz bag (holds around 8 servings) 🫖Sharable 8 oz volume jar (holds around 15-20 servings) How To Brew Hot Tea: 1 rounded tsp to 8 oz water at no less than 194* (bring to boil and cool for 2 minutes, its usually perfect) Steep tea for 3-7 minutes depending on how strong you prefer your tea. How To Brew Iced Tea: When brewing tea to ice, you can use a specialty iced tea pitcher, or you can simply follow the instructions above for making hot tea, but double the amount of loose leaf tea you use. Doubling the amount of tea per cup allows for ice without diminishing flavor. For by the glass iced tea, simply pour your slightly cooled (sweetened if desired) cup of tea over a full glass of ice. The color of the jar and/or lid may vary. Please contact us if this is a question for you. WE FILL OUR 8 OZ GLASS JARS BY VOLUME- Weights vary by variety of tea as some blends way more depending on the ingredients. For example: LAVENDER BUDS WEIGH LESS THAN DRIED BERRIES, ETC. As a Registered Nurse, I feel compelled to advice you to always talk to your health care provider if you are taking any medication (prescription or over the counter) for a health related issue before starting any teas for believed health benefits. Herbal teas should never replace a prescribed medicine. It is possible for herbs, fruits and berries to interact with a medication regimen and should be included in conversations with your health care team.
