Shipping policy

All orders are shipped with insurance.  Items received damaged are fully insured allowing the customer to receive a replacement if in stock or a refund.  

Be sure to photograph and keep the box, packing material and damaged item.  Simply reach out to us with photos of all sides of the box, the label and the damage and get you sorted quickly!
